The analysis of the difficult problems of sticky filter cloth during sludge dewatering consists of the following three points:

 

1. The selection of polyacrylamide model is not suitable, which makes the mud water indispensable in the whole process of sludge dewatering. 2. The ionization degree of PAM (positive ion polyacrylamide) specially selected for desliming is too high, which causes the viscosity of the sludge to expand, and blocks the leakage holes of the filter cloth according to the filter cloth, causing incomplete desliming or sticking to the filter cloth.

 

3. Too much dosing causes the water body to become sticky. After the polyacrylamide melts, the sludge will produce longer and more molecular structure carbon bonds encapsulated slurries particles, and produce a sloping plate sedimentation pool. If too much dosing, the water and sludge The increase in viscosity is very easy to cause clogging of the filter cloth.
