What is the correct cleaning process of filter cloth and bag?

2. Chemical experiment treatment: take samples, use instruments to detect the oily components in the filter bag, select appropriate cleaning materials, and clean them to the limit without causing any damage.

3. Drug soaking: select appropriate chemical substances to soak, remove grease and dirt in the gap, so as to greatly improve the permeability of the filter bag.

4. Cleaning: select clean materials and match them strictly. Low temperature water washing, uniform water flow, moderate strength, no mechanical damage to the filter bag.

5. Drying: use 110 ℃ hot air to dry, so as to maintain the dimensional stability of the filter bag. No deformation or shrinkage after drying.

6. Test: after cleaning, the physical index of the filter bag should be tested with instruments to ensure that the cleaning quality meets the requirements.
